The Library of Congress has a Flickr page. Wow! The US government has finally done something right.

The Dow is hovering about 6500 this afternoon. It’s curious to look back at the country at the end of the last Depression.

Coca-Cola, WalMart, and McDonald’s are doing poorly in these rough economic times. Every is really upset about this, and blaming the president, Armageddon, conservatives, and liberals. We’re stockpiling canned goods, because Home Depot is having a rough year. We’re predicting the end times because the value of thirty stocks as a group, out of the thousands of stocks which make up the market, has declined.

If you want to be upset at anything, watch the national debt. Now, that’s scary!
