Belltown Iced Tea

Friday afternoon happy hour! We made it again, survived another week of slogging through the trenches, and now we get to celebrate. As many of you know, every week Bitch Kitty Racing celebrates Happy Hour like nobody’s business. While a firm Martini advocate, I do often branch out into other fields of libation when something looks interesting. I’d like to start sharing some more recipes with you.

Belltown Iced Tea

This one is from Shallot’s.

In a pint glass:

  • 1/2 shot tequila
  • 1/2 shot white rum
  • 1/2 shot vodka
  • 1/4 shot Midori
  • 1/4 shot Gran Marinier
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • fill with equal parts coke and 7-up

While iced teas are normally the bailiwick of frat boys, this one is just plain fun and tasty. As always, use the best alcohol you can.
